The entrance to the cottage Gelso is achieved through a covered porch with beams and tiled floor.

The patio has a beautiful view over the pool and it's equipped with table for 8-10 persons, chairs and a fireplace to use as a barbecue: this is the ideal place to spend unforgettable summer meals outdoors with family or friends.

The entrance is into a bright living room with partially stoned walls, doors overlooking the garden and a double sofa bed.

On one side of the hall there is a bathroom with shower.

The other side of the room leads to the kitchen which has a dining table for 4 people and a direct access to the outside through a door window.

The kitchen leads to a small hallway from where you reach a small bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with direct access to outer space.



An internal staircase leads to the "Cipresso" apartment, located on the upper floor of the main house, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of Pienza, Monticchiello, Radicofani and of the infinity pool.

The newly renovated apartment consists of: a modern kitchen overlooking the Val d'Orcia, a relaxation area with fireplace, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom.

Externally, in the garden, the apartment has a reserved and equipped area with also the barbecue.

The newly renovated 'Lavanda' flat is located on the ground floor of the main house. You enter directly into the living room with kitchenette and a dining table. 

The double bedroom is very spacious and through a French window there is direct access to the garden of the estate. 

A second bedroom can accommodate two more guests.

A large bathroom with shower completes the flat. The flat is furnished with a beautiful combination of modern and antique furniture.

During the renovation beautiful Tuscan features such as the terracotta floor, wooden beams and terracotta tiles have been preserved and give the flat a wonderful Italian atmosphere.

With a few steps you access to the living/dining area with sofa, kitchenette, dining table and fireplace glass.

With a few steps you reach the living room with kitchenette, dining table and sofa with fireplace.

A hallway with closet leads to the bathroom with jacuzzi and to a double bedroom with satellite-TV.



The newly renovated 'Ginestra' flat is located on the ground floor of the main house and offers a breathtaking view directly over Val d'Orcia. 

From the large terrace you enter through a glass door directly into the living area with the fireplace, the sleeping area with a large double bed is adjected. A second entrance enters to the kitchen. A large bathroom with shower completes the flat.
