7 nights minimum stay

Accommodate: 20

Rates are for the whole estate, composed by 6 apartments (Gelso - Cipresso -Lavanda - Ulivo – Melograno - Ginestra) and the room La Rosa, per night and include:

Private Infinity pool
Wi-Fi Access
Air conditioning
Bed linen and towels changed weekly
Private parking
Utilities ( Water - Electricity - Gas )

The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Additional Charges:

Final cleaning 325 €
City tax (1,00 € / Night / Person)

BOOKING TERMS

At the time of confirmation we require a 50% deposit. The balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Check-in time: From 16:00 to 19:00

Check-out time: From 8:00 to 10:00

Cancellation policy:

From confirmation to 60 days prior to arrival, total refund
From 60 days to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% penalty of the total
Within 13 days to arrival, penalty of the total amount of the stay
